We advise clients with complex and intricate projects around the UK, which means that everyone across the team is able to work on interesting and unusual projects. The firm is lead by joint Managing Directors Richard Greeves and Geoff Bullock..

We believe in continually raising the bar and actively encourage DWD employees to be involved with industry events and contribute to publications and our professionals regularly attend external seminars and conferences. As well as formal training we hold regular internal CPD sessions and our graduates are supported through RICS and RTPI qualification.

As part of our client commitment, we visit clients and professional colleagues to give CPD talks to share our insights and understanding on requirements, legislation updates and leading solutions.

Join the team

DWD is continuing to grow, which means we are looking for enthusiastic experienced surveyors and planners to join the team. DWD has an inclusive approach to recruitment and working conditions. We also believe in personal and professional development and a healthy work life balance.

Socialising

Our staff get involved with industry and client sponsored tennis, golf and football tournaments and are encouraged to join our summer and autumn teambuilding away days to locations such as the Lake District, and the French Alps for some fresh air and long walks. We have also organised ski and sailing trips which a number of clients attend.

Working at DWD provides the opportunity of working on some of the UK’s major infrastructure projects.  More recently I have been working on solar and renewable energy schemes.  November’s COP26 and the Government’s Net Zero targets for 2050 means we will see an increase in the number of schemes submitted for planning to help meet those targets.
