The Team
Our people make us different; as we continue to grow we ensure that every team member shares the same dedication and commitment to quality, client focus and attention to detail.
We advise clients with complex and intricate projects around the UK, which means that everyone across the team is able to work on interesting and unusual projects. The firm is lead by joint Managing Directors Richard Greeves and Geoff Bullock..
We believe in continually raising the bar and actively encourage DWD employees to be involved with industry events and contribute to publications and our professionals regularly attend external seminars and conferences. As well as formal training we hold regular internal CPD sessions and our graduates are supported through RICS and RTPI qualification.
As part of our client commitment, we visit clients and professional colleagues to give CPD talks to share our insights and understanding on requirements, legislation updates and leading solutions.

Socialising
Our staff get involved with industry and client sponsored tennis, golf and football tournaments and are encouraged to join our summer and autumn teambuilding away days to locations such as the Lake District, and the French Alps for some fresh air and long walks. We have also organised ski and sailing trips which a number of clients attend.

It’s incredibly motivating to be part of a high-performing team of Planners, shaping some of the UK’s most iconic infrastructure projects. Lately, I’ve been focused on cutting-edge battery energy storage systems, a key piece of the puzzle in achieving the Government’s Net Zero ambitions. These projects are helping to power a cleaner future by enabling renewable energy and supporting grid resilience.
