Stephen Rose

Stephen is a chartered member of the RTPI, holds a degree in Urban Surveying and Planning and has 20 years’ experience in the planning and development sector. He has a wide client base including major developers, asset managers, institutional funds, local authorities and strategic site promoters. Areas of expertise include strategic housing, industrial and logistics, retail and city centre mixed-use commercial development, both on application and appeal. Since joining DWD in January 2024 his work has expanded to include the renewables sector
