Lucy Freeman
Lucy joined DWD in 2021 following the completion of an RTPI accredited Masters degree in Infrastructure Planning and Sustainable Development (MSc) from Oxford Brookes. As part of this degree, Lucy completed a research-based dissertation which focused upon identifying the barriers and opportunities for using smart city initiatives to achieve inclusive development in the developing world. Prior to this, Lucy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Liverpool in 2020.
While at DWD, Lucy has worked on a number of projects across a range of sectors. However, a particular focus has been on infrastructure, renewable energy, and mixed-use schemes.
Lucy was elected a Chartered Member of the RTPI in September 2023.
