Lindsay Blainey
Lindsay is an Assistant Planner, who has recently joined the team at DWD. She is a member of a large team, working primarily on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. Most recently, Lindsay has been working on two large DCO solar farms. This includes assisting in site selection, policy research and application documents.
Before moving to the UK, Lindsay earned an honours degree in Urban Studies and Political Science from the University of Toronto. After moving from Canada in 2021, Lindsay attended the University of Westminster, where she earned her MA in International Planning and Sustainable Development.
Lindsay has earned experience working at a boutique architecture firm as a planning consultant. In her previous position, Lindsay advised on residential and commercial projects in London and across the UK.
