Harriet Swale
Harriet is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has over 7 years’ experience, gained in both the public and private sector. She has a range of experience working on large-scale, complex industrial and logistics projects with some of the largest online retailers in the industry, and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects for renewable energy. She has been instrumental in securing planning permission for a number of complex schemes on sensitive sites, including a new teaching and boarding campus for one of the leading independent sixth form colleges in the UK, and extensive industrial developments across the UK.
Alongside her experience preparing and managing planning applications, she has a breadth of experience in undertaking due diligence and site appraisals in order to provide clients with robust strategy advice. She has also managed site promotions through the Local Plan process, preparing representations for private clients and neighbourhood groups, and managed a number of planning appeals including assisting senior colleagues at planning inquiries.
She is currently working on a range of industrial projects achieving planning permission for complex sites across the UK, and both the One Earth Solar Farm DCO, and the Lighthouse Green Fuels DCO, both of which are working towards statutory consultation which Harriet is directly involved with.
