Gabriel Cooper

Gabriel is a Senior Planner with over 3 years of experience working on the delivery of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) relating to energy and infrastructure. He holds both onshore and offshore experience across solar, wind, interconnector and battery projects. Gabriel works across several DCO-scale energy projects at varying stages along the process.

Previously, Gabriel worked on the Cottam Solar Project which has since been consented by the SoS. He worked on this project from a late pre-application stage through to an early examination stage.

Gabriel holds a First-Class degree in Urban Planning, Design and Management from University College London.
