Emma-Jane Hayward
Emma-Jane has been a member of a large project team with a wide range of consultants, particularly for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
Emma-Jane has worked in many areas of planning including railway, road, and utilities infrastructure, commercial, residential and mixed-use planning both here in UK and in New Zealand. Emma-Jane is part of the team advising on a new solar farm DCO known as Mallard Pass on behalf of Windel Energy and Canadian Solar. Emma-Jane is providing advice to Renewable Connections in relation to various sites for solar development within the UK.
She also was a senior member of the planning team on the Lower Thames Crossing, a major new National Highways Road linking the M25 in Essex to the A2 in Kent. Emma-Jane was the lead for all the Special Category Land impact and approach for the entire scheme, as well as part-authoring the planning statement, managing the Green Study Infrastructure and input in the scheme.
