Alice Maker

Alice joined DWD in January 2018 after completing her degree from the University of Reading in Economics (BSc Hons) and a Masters from CASS Business School in Real Estate. She qualified as a chartered surveyor in November 2020, is an RICS Registered Valuer and an affiliate member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association.

Alice works on a wide range of commercial property matters, including lease advisory, valuation, business rates and compulsory purchase claims. Alice has experience working with both landlords and tenants in commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.
