Toni Lodeiro
Toni joined Dalton Warner Davis in 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2008. He is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association and Rating Surveyors Association.
With over eighteen years professional experience working in the private sector, Toni advises retail, office, industrial and ‘non-standard’ property occupiers. These include private individuals, large organisations and charities all of whom are advised on a wide range of property matters including business rates, landlord and tenant, valuation and Compulsory Purchase.
Toni has extensive expertise in business rates appeals and technical advice including Section 44A claims and implementing large scale rates mitigation strategies, whilst also offering wide ranging professional landlord and tenant advice covering all areas of rent review negotiations, rental valuations and lease renewals.
In terms of Compulsory Purchase, Toni advises both developers and public bodies on strategic and land assembly issues as well as claimants in pursuance of market value and disturbance valuations.
