Emanuele Nardella

Emanuele joined DWD in July 2024, having previously worked in the public sector at the Environment Agency where he specialised in environmental planning, commenting on Flood Risk, Contamination, Waste and Ecology matters associated with pre- application and planning application submissions, where the Environment Agency was a statutory consultee.

At DWD he works on projects across various sectors, with a particular focus on residential, education and mixed-use. Emanuele has assisted the team in the submission of various applications under the Town and Country Planning Act (1990), and supports projects ranging from extensions to existing buildings in the Green Belt to large-scale Urban Extensions. Emanuele has experience advising on full planning applications including change of use applications and on discharge of condition submissions.

Emanuele is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and holds a degree in Geography from Swansea University (BA Hons), and in International Planning and Sustainable Development from the University of Westminster (MA RTPI).
