Emanuele Nardella

Emanuele joined DWD in July 2024, having previously worked in the public sector at the Environment Agency where he specialised in environmental matters and commented on planning matters as a statutory consultee.

At DWD he works on projects across various sectors, with a particular focus on residential, sports, education and mixed-use. Emanuele has supported the team in the submission of various applications under the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and works on projects ranging from alterations to buildings in the Green Belt, to large-scale Urban Extensions. Emanuele has experience advising on full planning applications including change of use applications, as well as Lawful Development Certificates, and on discharge of condition submissions.

Emanuele is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) and holds a degree in Geography from Swansea University (BA Hons), and in International Planning and Sustainable Development from the University of Westminster (MA RTPI).
