Elisha Dunn
Elisha joined DWD in November 2024, having previously worked in the public sector in Australia. She has over 4 years planning experience and is currently working towards chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) through recognition of her prior experience.
Elisha holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Macquarie University and, after completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and practical legal training, was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2019.
As part of the energy infrastructure team at DWD, Elisha is involved in preparing and managing Development Consent Order (DCO) applications under the Planning Act 2008, and advises on planning matters for a range of energy generation, storage and transmission projects under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Prior to joining DWD, Elisha worked for the New South Wales Government where she led the assessment of State significant development applications for large-scale renewable energy projects. She also has experience providing strategic and planning policy advice.
