DWD have acquired a 50,105 sq ft office building in Croxley Park on behalf of Health Services Laboratories (HSL) for a term of 16 years.
HSL provides accredited pathology services for NHS Trusts and its patients. It is a partnership between The Doctors Laboratory, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. HSL will move into the building following a substantial refurbishment to a Grade A standard for use as laboratories and offices.
The laboratories will receive patient samples from across the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System.
As well as identifying a shortlist of suitable options for consideration, DWD negotiated favourable terms for HSL at Croxley Park.
